Packaging Engineer

We are hiring for Packaging Engineer. (Packaging Development Cell)

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Diploma in Printing and Packaging / B.Sc
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in pharmaceutical industry - Formulation (COMPULSORY)
• No of vacancies: 2 vacancies
• Job location: Kamothe, Panvel

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for Packaging development activities for Primary secondary and tertiary component

2. Coordination with the factory team to resolve online issues regarding Packaging material and development

3. Maintaining Good Document Practices.

4. Responsible for Indian DGFT and any other Track & Trace requirements.

5. Responsible for all Trace link work and documentation.

6. To coordinate with clients and the internal team PM (Packaging Material) related work

8. Responsible for Online Documentation Work related to Packaging development and Track and trace.

11. Responsible for all Track and Trace Machines & Related Documentation Work.

12. To solve the overprinting machine problem during troubleshooting.

13. To coordinate during Machine qualification.

14. Shade card approval and colour approval for foil printing.

16. To check the key line diagram (KLD) for all packaging material.

17. To monitor packaging materials rejection and maintain reconciliation.
