Currently, we are hiring for International Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager

Job location: Thane - Wagle estate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Existing Markets:

Private Market:

1. Setting, tracking and achieving annual target

2. Introducing new products

3. Filing work orders and coordinating with RA department for dossier submissions and query replies

4. Identifying new clients in Regulated Markets & ROW.

5. Gathering and analyzing monthly reports and stock statements from the medical representatives

6. Annual promotional strategy planning

7. Proposal and approval on the business plan

8. Measuring effectiveness of these marketing strategies

9. Inter-departmental coordination for order execution

Tender Market:

1. Keeping a track on new tenders

2. Liaising with distributors and tender department for tender participation

3. Assessing tender authority requirements

4. Gathering data on current competitors, last winning rates, etc. so as to plan the pricing strategy

5. Participating in pre-qualifications

6. Liaising with accounts department for performance bond, bank guarantee, etc.

New Markets:

1. Gathering data on competitors, analyzing market prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution

2. Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits

3. Identifying the right business partner

4. Identifying the right product basket

5. Proposal and approval on the business plan

6. Coordination with RA department for dossier submissions and query replies

7. Developing marketing strategy

8. Training Medical Representatives

9. Planning and implementing company and product launch

Miscellaneous:

1. Finalization of packaging artwork and approval

2. Designing of promotional inputs print and gifts

3. Brand name search and approval

4. Trademark registration and renewal

5. Planning monthly meetings with RA, Purchase and NPD team

6. Coordination with R&D and QA department for New Product Development and Site Transfer projects
