Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Executive to manage and oversee MEP systems and operations in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems function efficiently, comply with safety standards, and meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues in MEP systems.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality services.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend solutions for energy efficiency.
• Ensure all systems comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and system logs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies involving MEP systems and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in MEP operations or facility management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
