Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Site Engineer to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with site teams, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulations.

2. Technical Support: Provide technical support to site teams, contractors, and clients, resolving technical issues and ensuring that MEP systems are installed correctly

3. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that MEP systems are installed to the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or deficiencies.

4. Safety Management: Ensure that all MEP work is carried out in accordance with safety by regulations and guidelines, conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of MEP work, including installation, testing, and commissioning records, and ensuring that all documentation is completed in accordance with project requirements.

8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist with budgeting and cost control for MEP work, ensuring that all costs are tracked and reported accurately, and that any cost deviations are addressed promptly.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years to 7 years of experience in MEP site engineering, preferably in a construction or engineering company.

3. Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and installation methods.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software.
