- The Brand Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of the POLYCAB/ABB brand.
- This position requires a deep understanding of the brand's identity, values, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop brand guidelines, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Brand Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights, performance metrics, and recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Track and analyse sales performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics to measure progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of brand executives and coordinators.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management, with a strong focus on the electrical and consumer durables industry.
- Deep understanding of the POLYCAB/ABB brand and its target audience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
