Job Description
Microtech Infoserve is looking for Tech Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Lead a team of software developers and provide technical direction and guidance
- Collaborate with project managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize and plan technical projectsDesign, develop and implement complex software systems, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Mentor and coach team members, providing technical and professional development opportunities
- Participate in the requirements understanding, analysis and implementationTest and deploy applications and systems
- Debugging and Bug fix in existing code
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
