As a Manager Projects/operations, you will Drive execution efficiency, across the IP Dev projects, develop executive-ready presentations and documentation, sending out status & accomplishments reports, managing special projects and supporting senior staff.

Job Description:

Drive the project management/execution for IP Dev projects.

• Initiating the project, planning, and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management, and stakeholders
• Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
• Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time
• Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management

• Drive special projects chosen as highest priority for alignment across organizations and overall product time to market.
• Develop, coordinate, and sustain top-level organizational objectives with regular report-outs to senior leaders.

• Implement and oversee key metrics to ensure deliverables are achieved and have desired impact.
• Promote collaboration, drive deliverable execution.
• Lead and develop executive-ready presentations, team highlights/low-light summaries, objective summaries, and all-team communications.

Required Experience:

• B Tech with 10+ yrs relevant project management experience in ASIC / Semiconductor development cycle.
