Job Description

  • As a Test Process Engineer, you are responsible for equipment buyoff and process readiness to support manufacturing start up
  • You are required to work with cross functional team to ensure the process readiness, and qualify for ISO certification
  • Continuous drive for process improvement to support the business objectives

    • Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for equipment buyoff and process readiness to support manufacturing start up
  • Work on resolving manufacturing line problems
  • Work closely with cross functional team on audit certification
  • Responsible for new process baseline qualifications
  • Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities
  • Coordinate and carry out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process step
  • Liaise with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives
  • Develop and optimize processes to improve product quality and reliability
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC methodology
