Position for Cost and Estimation Lead to join our Facilities team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost estimation and management efforts for construction projects.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets, ensuring all aspects are strictly accounted for.
• Report to Project Controls Manager and collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and forecasting to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Implement cost control procedures to successfully manage project expenditures.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any financial risks and proposing corrective actions.
• Ensure all cost-related activities align with Microns standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction cost estimation and management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction budgets and deliver projects within budget constraints.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on inclusive teamwork.
• Proficient in construction management software and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and compete against tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
