Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RCS Developer / Lead Engineer with extensive experience in Rich Communication Services (RCS) Protocol implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to develop and optimize cutting-edge messaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement RCS solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

- Architect and maintain scalable microservices for messaging applications.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RCS with various platforms.

- Optimize performance, security, and reliability of RCS implementations.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production environments.

- Ensure compliance with RCS industry standards and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of API-driven messaging solutions and maintain system documentation.

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience in RCS (Rich Communication Services Protocol) implementation.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Experience in designing and developing high-performance, distributed systems.

- Expertise in RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous messaging.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Strong understanding of security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and encryption in messaging systems.

- Experience in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms
