Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Lead consulting engagements on technology policy and innovation (DPI and AI).

- Conduct in-depth analysis, develop practical recommendations, and present findings.

- Provide implementation support for technology policy and innovation initiatives.

- Manage day-to-day stakeholder management, client handling, and project management.

- Manage teams of Analysts and Associates.

- Develop high-quality notes, presentations, and reports.

- Attend client and official meetings.

- Represent the organization at workshops, conferences, and events.

- Develop pitch decks, concept notes, and proposals.

- Contribute to thought leadership (policy briefs, op-eds, reports).

- Plan and lead digital campaigns.

- Pursue relevant training to enhance expertise in DPI, AI, innovation, etc.

- Contribute to team building and capacity building.

- Provide and seek feedback from team members.

Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience in technology policy, management consulting, and innovation.

- BTech (Computer Science/IT), MBA/MPP/LLB
