Role Overview:

MicroMitti is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and strategic growth support. The CA will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization while working closely with the CFO and executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Oversee taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.

- Develop and implement effective financial control systems and policies.

- Support fundraising activities with accurate financial reports and data.

- Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Key Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Tally, Excel, and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in real estate, Proptech, or investment management sectors preferred.
