The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols, and a strong passion for educating others in network management, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver instructor-led network training programs for internal employees and clients.
• Prepare training materials, including presentations, manuals, and lab exercises.
• Teach concepts including but not limited to TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
• Assess and evaluate learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest networking trends and technologies to incorporate into training programs.
• Work closely with the team to ensure training objectives and standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Networking, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in networking, with a proven record in training.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, CompTIA, and other networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in delivering corporate or technical training is a plus.

• Deliver comprehensive training on Java programming, including core Java, object-oriented programming, Java frameworks, and libraries.
• Develop and maintain course content, lab exercises, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on training on Java tools, IDEs, and debugging.
• Engage learners through interactive and dynamic presentations and coding exercises.

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Trainer to join Microland Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python programming and its applications, along with experience in delivering high-quality Python training sessions for professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Python training programs tailored to both beginners and advanced learners.
• Create learning materials, including slides, exercises, and real-world examples, to teach Python programming, data structures, algorithms, and libraries.
• Teach topics such as Flask/Django, data manipulation, machine learning, and automation using Python.
• Offer practical coding challenges, projects, and problem-solving sessions to reinforce learning.
• Stay abreast of the latest Python trends, tools, and best practices and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Assess learners progress, provide feedback, and guide them to success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Prepare and maintain detailed training materials, including guides, exercises, and lab sessions.
• Conduct training for both beginner and advanced learners in a classroom and virtual environment.
• Provide hands-on practical sessions for configuring, deploying, and managing Microsoft solutions.
• Stay current on the latest Microsoft technologies and certification exams to incorporate the latest trends into the training programs.
• Evaluate learner progress and deliver feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
