Leading a team of software developers and engineers in the development and deployment of software applications. Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for software applications. Designing, developing, and implementing software applications in accordance with business requirements and industry best practices. Overseeing software testing and quality assurance to ensure that software applications meet performance and functionality requirements. Managing software releases and updates, ensuring that they are delivered on schedule and within budget. Providing technical guidance and support to software developers and engineers. Identifying opportunities to improve existing software applications and working with teams to implement improvements. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
