Senior Analyst - Learning & Development

Microland Limited is looking for Senior Analyst - Learning & Development to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Assessing training needs of employees and identifying skills gaps within the organization. Developing and delivering training programs to employees, including both technical and soft skills training. Designing and developing e-learning materials and other training content. Managing the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and facilitation. Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and data to continually improve. Collaborating with managers and leaders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives. Developing and maintaining relationships with external training vendors and suppliers. Managing the budget for training programs and monitoring expenses. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of learning management systems and other training technologies.
