Product Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Executive to join our team. He will be responsible for driving the development and success of our product line from conception to launch and beyond. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and product development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to Product Manager for the product development process from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Define product requirements and priorities based on market insights, user feedback, and business goals.
• Develop product roadmaps and timelines, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Drive product launches, including go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics, and iterate on product features and strategies to optimize growth and user satisfaction.
• Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, advocating for the product vision and promoting alignment across teams.
• Years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in medical & Ortho.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen understanding of emerging trends and technologies.
