As a Tech Marketing Specialist at MSI India office, you will be working closely with sales and community partners to help promote our products to the India region.

This position has responsibility over the for technical education through publics, MSI sales partner and the community as well.

Responsibilities

Technical Education Management

• Technical Education Assets and Projects (in different format, video, event, images, post etc).
• Closely work with social, design and PR team for the collaboration if its related to technical explainasion.
• Routine technical and product training session for sales partner, communities (creator, power user, STEM, students..etc) and internal staff.
• Be responsible to assist whole team to understand and deliver accurate product features and benefits.

Technical & Product Support for Marketing Execution

• Set up product or demonstration as assets as per the requirement from event, campaign, media review…etc.
• Pay responsibility for solving the product issue with service team.

Assignments from High-Level Management

• Pay responsibility for the assignment from team leader, manager aligned with HQ direction.
• Team player and ability to work with the cross-functional departments.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technical / engineering / marketing field.
• 2 years or relevant experience in Product Marketing, Channel Management, Project Management, Products Management (especially laptops).
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data and testing to execute technical execution project.
• Experience in product training, product analyzing, competitors and market analyzing.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently.
• Able to travel across the states in India for regular event execution.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiar with laptop industries, communities and relevant channel.
• Technical knowledge regarding laptops, PC industry.
• Solid track record of innovative thinking, creativity and data driven capabilities.
• Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills, with demonstrated talent at building and managing strong teams and collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Gaming, Consumer Electronics, Computer Hardware, e-Commerce industry.
• Graphic Design(Adobe Photoshop etc.) skills.
