Clerical Assistant/ Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Assistant to support our pharmaceutical operations.

The ideal candidate will perform general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and assisting in administrative tasks within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of reports, inventory tracking, and order management.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and documents.
• Support regulatory and compliance teams by ensuring documentation meets required standards.
• Assist in preparing and filing regulatory submissions and maintaining records for audits.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (e.g., sales, quality control, production).
• Prior clerical experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, copiers).
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry terminology and regulatory standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
