Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified CS to oversee and manage all compliance requirements under the Companies Act.

(Key Areas / Job Description)

• Manage all applicable compliance requirements under the Companies Act, including filings, Member ofreporting, and governance.
• Support the Board in maintaining corporate governance and meeting regulatory standards.
• Conduct the Board Meetings, Committees Meetings, and General Meetings and ensure allied compliances.
• Prepare and file statutory documents with MCA, ROC, and NHB.
• Maintain accurate corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and registers.
• Support periodic compliance audits, assisting in RBI and NHBs Audits, Inspection and Review.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring corporate governance, statutory filings, and maintaining regulatory standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Member of the ICSI.

Should be able to conduct the Board and Commitee meetings.

Understanding of Corporate Governance noms.
