Process Improvement Role - Last Mile/EV Mobility - IIT/NIT (7-12 yrs)

Job Description:

- Develop and implement robust business continuity plans to minimise the impact of disruptions and ensure operational resilience.

- Establish and maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Oversee the management and maintenance of physical assets to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure systems and processes to support efficient operations.

- Lead and mentor a team of operational professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

The Successful Applicant:

- Candidate must have a strong Engineering Background from IITs/NITs/Tier-1 Engineering Colleges

- Candidate having experience in EV Domain, Battery Manufacturers or Charging Infra/Battery Swapping Domain will be desirable

- Exposure of working with Startups would be preferable

- Candidate must have exceptional Operation Excellence and Problem Resolution mindset
