Engineer - Process (BFS) - Kuwait - 2025

Role & responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge in BFS machine, its design, moulds and its components
• Knowledge in shuttle type BFS machine Maintenance and Overhauling of machine and moulds
• Implement and monitor the Preventive and Predictive maintenance to minimise the breakdown
• Expert in shuttle machine and double station machines, including large volume and small volume parenteral
• Responsible for upkeep and maintain the BFS machine and other critical machineries
• Preparation of Preventive Maintenance task list for the equipment and schedule updating in the system
• To ensure the engineering activities such as Preventive Maintenance, Routine Breakdown Maintenance support to the Calibration activities as per the procedure
• Knowledge in Qualification activities of equipments ( IQ, OQ, PQ Documentation )
• Coordination with team members to close the Breakdowns and General Maintenance in the area
• To ensure that the system and equipment are upgraded, validated & Automated as per the procedures and requirements
• To ensure the subordinates are adequately trained for the job assigned. Optimum utilization of resources
• In-house training of all the persons working in the maintenance department
• Preparation & revision of SOP related to engineering are being followed

Preferred candidate profile

• should have the knowledge of fill finish process equipment and aseptic practices
• should have knowledge in Good Documentation Practices
• Computer basic knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
