Job Description
- Create and execute complex test cases on appropriate platforms using in-depth technical analysis.
- Create complex test data within external software vendor environments.
- Review test cases from team members to ensure quality.
- Develop and review test plans, cases, task cards, and supporting data.
- Apply in-depth technical analysis when designing and executing test cases.
- Assist with defining requirements for test environments.
- Record and analyze test results; report unexpected outcomes.
- Contribute to team improvement initiatives, process changes, and test automation.
- Identify, manage, and document all defects and programming errors.
- Conduct testing to ensure the ICT Service functions as per requirements.
- Monitor and manage time and effort; escalate issues as needed.
- Develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring, and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders; resolve or escalate issues as required.
- Perform cost analysis activities.
Requirements:
Ability to:
- Investigate and respond to identified issues and escalate as needed
- Clarify expectations and identify concerns
- Contribute towards team work plans
- Analyse information and make recommendations based on evidence
- Research and make sound decisions based on sound subject matter knowledge and judgement
- Prioritise competing tasks and work collaboratively to see tasks through to completion
- Adapt to a changing environment and assist others to adapt.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Commerce, Economics
- Experience supporting, executing, leading and driving testing projects and programs
- Experience across both manual and automation testing preferred Selenium, TOSCA, Appium etc
