Job Description :

Metadologie is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, while working closely with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce best practices.

You will be a key player in ensuring that the Sales and Service Clouds are utilized efficiently to drive business growth and deliver top-tier solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues related to customization and integration.

- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce environments for optimal performance.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and platforms.

- Adhere to best practices for coding standards, security, and deployment processes.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Proficient in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development and customization.

- Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and working with third-party applications.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools like Git and Jenkins.

- Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent.
