Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including configuration, customization, and integration. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce solutions while ensuring high-quality standards, efficiency, and system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform using declarative and programming features.

- Build and enhance components using APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Configure Salesforce settings and features to meet business requirements.

- Implement REST API integrations to connect Salesforce with external systems and applications.

- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

- Write and maintain test coverage classes to ensure system reliability and code quality.

- Provide thorough bug fixes and conduct technical root cause analysis.

- Participate in scrum meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.

- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

- Perform data loading and management for testing environments, including SIT, UAT, and training.

- Support system users by resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Salesforce Development Expertise : Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools, APEX programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and understanding of Salesforce integration patterns.

- Ability to write test classes, achieve high test coverage, and debug complex technical issues.

- 5-8 years of professional Salesforce development experience.

- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication skills for effective participation in scrum calls and cross-functional discussions.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployments.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX (Developer Experience).

- Understanding of Salesforce Security and Sharing Rules.

- Experience with third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange.
