Accounts Receivable Associate (AR Calling US Healthcare)

Looking for energetic and enthusiastic professionals with experience in AR calling and Denial Management in US Healthcare who will be the primary point of contact for patients and insurance companies regarding denied/partially paid claims. He/she shall be able to explain billing statements, negotiate payment plans, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable (US Healthcare) position located in Hyderabad. The candidate is expected to perform the following tasks

Follow up on the claims for collection of payments.

Appeal to Insurance for pending claims.

EOB analysis and work on rejections.

Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) and follow up on outstanding

Accounts Receivable.

Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.

Should be willing to work in US shift.

Desired Profile:-

Should have excellent communication skills with very good interpersonal relationship and

team building qualities.

Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in International voice process (AR Associate).

Answering phone calls, maintain logs and follow up with staff to locate missing information

Proficient in computers and internet usage with good command over MS

Excel, MS Word, and keyboard skills

Good analytical and numerical abilities and should be excellent in simple mathematical

Calculations

Ability to multi-task.

Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed.
