Job Brief
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be
responsible for creating visually striking designs across a variety of platforms, including digital,
print, and social media. Your designs will help elevate our brand identity, engage our audience,
and support our marketing efforts. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas
to life and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design Creation: Develop creative and on-brand designs for digital and print media,
including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, email campaigns, and
more.
● Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all
platforms and ensure brand guidelines are followed in every design.
o Collaborative Design: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other
stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
● Concept Development: Produce original design concepts and visual assets based on
briefs, market trends, and the brand’s strategic goals.
● Asset Production: Create and deliver high-quality design assets, including graphics,
layouts, typography, and illustrations, for various channels and formats.
● Creative Problem Solving: Use your design expertise to offer innovative solutions that
meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
● Design Review: Review and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring the final
deliverables meet the project goals and exceed expectations.
● File Preparation: Prepare files for print and digital use, ensuring all designs are
optimized for various mediums, including web, social media, and print production.
● Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, design software, and best practices
to continuously refine your skills and push the boundaries of design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Proficiency in Design Tools: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, etc.).
● Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing
a range of design work across different media.
● Creativity: Strong visual and creative skills, with an ability to think outside the box and
translate ideas into compelling designs.
● Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every design element is
perfectly executed.
● Brand Awareness: A solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply
them consistently across various design projects.
● Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
● Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and evolving
brand needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
● Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
● Experience in both B2B and B2C design projects.
