MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (4-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with expertise in AI & LLM (Large Language Models) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in developing AI-driven applications, integrating LLMs, and deploying AI solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

2. Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) to enhance application functionalities.

3. Implement AI-driven features such as NLP processing, chatbot development, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation.

4. Design and optimize APIs for seamless integration with AI models and external services.

5. Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS for AI-powered search and retrieval.

6. Deploy and manage AI models using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

7. Optimize AI model performance, ensure low latency, and manage API rate limits.

8. Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to implement machine learning pipelines.

9. Implement security best practices for AI applications, including data privacy and model safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. 3+ years of experience in MERN stack development.

2. Strong knowledge of React.js, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management.

3. Expertise in Node.js and building RESTful APIs with Express.js.

4. Experience working with MongoDB and designing scalable database architectures.

5. Proficiency in AI & LLMs, with experience in OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

6. Hands-on experience in vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

7. Knowledge of Python for AI model integration is a plus.

8. Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and AI model deployment.

9. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for hosting AI services.

10. Strong problem-solving skills, debugging ability, and performance optimization experience.
