Meritto - Product Strategy Role - Founder's Office - FinTech/Payment (2-5 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our founder's office team. As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work closely with the executive leadership to support various strategic initiatives, research projects, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.

- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including product strategy and expansion plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data for decision-making.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for executive meetings and presentations.

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.

- Provide administrative support to the founder's office as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

- Years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fintech company or payment gateway, with a background in finance and payment getaway.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
