Chief Financial Officer (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the financial operations of the assigned unit.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare insightful reports to support strategic decision making.

- Consolidate financial statements for assigned units.

- Manage and maintain a robust Management Information System (MIS).

- Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and accounting standards.

- Identify and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.

- Lead and mentor the finance team within the assigned unit.

- Occasional travel within Pune city for meetings and other financial activities.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the education sector or charitable organizations.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA preferred).

- Proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

- Experience with financial consolidation processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
