Key Accounts Manager- F&B Modern Trade

Our Client is a neighborhood artisan bakery, which offers an exquisite variety of international baked goodies. The central idea behind our concept is to serve extremely high quality, freshly baked, authentic European breads and bakery products.

Requirements:

(1) Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade (MT).

(2) Should have handled at least three national chains at a HO level. Handling regional chains will be an added advantage.

(3) Should have managed a minimum 5 MT chains at regional level

(4) Must have a clear and detailed understanding of sales operations in MT channel

(5) Proven track record to achieve sales objectives

(6) Should be able to appoint and manage distributors, wherever required.

(7) Should be good at relationship management with the customers.

(8) Should be a team player - know how to get the work done from within the team and external stakeholders

(9) Should demonstrate In-Store execution excellence at a store level through the local team.

(10) Pan India travel for 8-10 days a month

Educational Qualification:

(1) Minimum graduate, MBA preferred (from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges).

(2) Age must be < 40years
