Senior Quality Analyst

Primary Skills: Communication Skills, Documentation and Reporting, Customer Focus, Analytical Thinking, Training and Development.

Eligibility criteria

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in data and/or voice based projects
• Good grasp and usage of Quality Assurance tools such as the 7 QC tools, process mapping tools, RCA, checklists and templates
• Familiarity and usage of any of the statistical techniques and models such as ANOVA, FMEA, Kaizen, PDCA Cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act), Total Quality Management (TQM), lean six sigma, benchmarking, etc A minimum of 2 to 3
• Familiarity of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
• Software proficiency MS Office Suite
• Familiarity of UK work culture is an added advantage

10. Training and Development: Willingness to train others on quality standards and best practices
