Job Summary:
Support the revenue, programmatic, and native operations teams in all reporting and analytics tasks, contributing to the departments success. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in analytics, digital advertising, or related fields who are eager to leverage their skills in a dynamic and data-driven environment.

Primary responsibilities:
1. Assist teams and our syndication partners by providing pacing reports daily which help them better optimize delivery and hit their delivery goals on time.
2. Create and distribute reporting on key performance indicators based on the cadence agreed upon between the teams and provide business insights on all KPIs.
3. Set up programmatic deals in our exchange partners user interface.

Mandatory Skills:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
2. Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have:
1. Knowledge of Online Advertising and Digital Media functions
2. Understanding of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
3. Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in analytics, programmatic advertising, or digital media operations.
2. A detail-oriented approach with a knack for problem-solving and data interpretation.
