Associate Director - DDIT R&D Project Team Lead

In this role, you will lead a team of skilled project leads, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful closure of projects. Your leadership will be vital in establishing efficient and robust project management processes, while also providing mentoring and guidance to your team members to foster their professional growth and enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of project leads, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Project Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse project portfolio, ensuring precise planning, thorough documentation, effective execution, timely progress reporting, financial oversight, and successful project closure.Quality and Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all projects managed by the team comply with established quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.Risk Management: Proactively identify potential challenges and risks to project success, implementing mitigation strategies to address them effectively.Culture of Excellence and Transparency: Promote a culture of project management excellence and transparency across the entire project portfolio, driving best practices and continuous enhancement of project methodologies while ensuring open communication about project status and challenges.

 

Qualification, Experience Skills: Bachelor s or Master s degree in a related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Familiarity with project management tools, including PPMC and SAP, is advantageous.
