Merakii Group - Specialist - Sales & Marketing (2-4 yrs)

Merakii, a leading PR and marketing agency, is hiring an experienced Sales specialist to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, preferably in the PR or marketing industry, and strong client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients for PR and marketing services.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

- Present Merakii's services effectively to prospective clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities.

- Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, content, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and satisfaction, fostering a collaborative environment across departments.

- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on business development progress, pipeline health, and market trends.

Requirements:

- Experience: 2-4 years in sales, ideally in PR/marketing.

- Education: Master's Degree(preferred)

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
