WORK DAYS : Monday to Saturday

WORK TIMINGS : 9 am to 6 pm

NOTICE PERIOD : Immedaiate to 15 days (30 days maximun)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and mentor a team of advisors / student counselors, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Serve as a subject matter expert on international education systems, admission procedures, visa regulations, and other relevant topics Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with clients or students with complex needs, offering personalized guidance tailored to their specific circumstances.
Develop and implement counseling strategies, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our advisory services Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the field of international education, and incorporate relevant updates into our counseling processes Collaborate with other departments within Learn Overseas, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to optimize service delivery and meet organizational goals
Participate in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars for internal staff and external stakeholders.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with partner institutions, universities, colleges, and other stakeholders in the international education community
