Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with 8+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret data to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business goals.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
• Work with other teams (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to understand and analyze cross-departmental data.
• Provide training and support for team members in data analytics tools and techniques.
• Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics and implement best practices in reporting and analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with database management and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data tools (AWS, Google Cloud, Hadoop) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms or predictive analytics techniques.
• Experience with automation tools and data pipelines.
