Corporate Security Administrator

Position Summary

The MSOC Regional Systems Administrator will lead the configuration of physical security design technology in access control technology and video management in the Define Areas. This role will continuously assess and configure our Enterprise Access Control devices and video systems to adhere to standards, emerging threats, and opportunities. As a key contributor in security technology deployment and maintenance, this role will require advanced analytical and communication skills to efficiently interact with global stakeholders and key security vendors to drive effective risk reduction across the organization. The Regional Systems Administrator will work closely with the MSOC Systems Administrator and the Director Site Security Technology Design to ensure compliance with the most recent global security standards. The Regional Systems Administrator will support similar roles during periods of exceptional volume or limited coverage. This support may occasionally be outside of typical business hours.

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Access Control Projects

• In support of our Enterprise Access Control and Video Management program globally, the associate will lead the configuration and on-boarding of devices as well `21as repair (break/fix) activities. This includes direction interaction and oversight of our general contractors and vendors in the Americas, as well as our Regional Security Operations Centers in Mexico and Chile through all phases. Note, the associate will attend conference calls and actively participate as needed during each phase. Specific responsibilities include:
• Associate will conduct or lead the provisioning and configuration within the access control and video systems for all new and replacement devices.
• Associate will submit a Site Commission Report based on a remote final inspection and test of all security components and systems.
• Associate will provide an as-built Document Review.

Technical Standards:

• In support of our Enterprise Access Control and Video Management platform, the associate will ensure our standards documents are followed on every deployment and new site engagement. This process is done in collaboration with IT and key vendors to ensure we maintain technical compliance. The standards are submitted globally to vendors supporting our technology integration as well as external auditors and large commercial clients for review. The associate will participate in regular reviews and edits to security standards documents.

Site Security Assessments:

• As part of our Site Security Assessment program, the associate will support regional directors on assessments of our key properties as scheduling permits to identify risks and offer remediation plans. The process should include running reports, identifying risks and offering solutions with the regional leads.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

Education

• Bachelors degree, preferably in technology related field

Experience

(In Years)

• 9+ of proven capability of technology deployment experience (Enterprise Access Control and video preferred but not required.)
• 9+ years audit/compliance and remediation experience

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Access Control and Video Management System Thorough knowledge of Service Now applications
• Experience and knowledge of monitoring external threats
• Prior experience in managing Incident helpdesk / Incident management work is preferable
• Intermediate MS Office skills

Other Critical Requirements Like Voice/ Non-Voice for Insurance Ops

• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably CISSP Certified
