Manager - MEP

• Responsible for MEP Project execution and material procurement at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.
• Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques
• And ensure the time line as per schedule.
• Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings.
• Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
• Ensure Quality of MEP Materials, Installation and standard of work.
• Knowledge of MEP Drawings, Project Planning, Quality Certification , Billing and Statutory Approval.
• Good Knowledge of Electrical, Fire Protection and Plumbing
• Handling Site review meetings.
• Knowledge of Resource Planning.
• Sub-Contractor Management.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Experience with Contracting Companies and High rise Commercial projects is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal & Communication.
