Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Working. Week-off on any week day)

Work/Shift Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm IST

Start Date: Immediately

Next Steps provides premier USMLE Coaching, offering comprehensive USMLE preparation for medical students aiming to excel in the USMLE.

What You'll Do / Role Description:

• Conduct student follow-ups and manage internal workflows to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in offline client meetings to promote our services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Languages Known:

Should know Kannada/Hindi/Telugu/English. (Kannada is a added advantage)

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in Business Development or related fields
• Must be based in Bengaluru
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to participate in offline client meetings and promotions
