Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Mentation Solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote products/services.

Location: Vasai (Mumbai), Patna, North East

Sales and Business Growth

Strive to achieve sales targets of 3 to 5 times your fixed salary, which is integral to securing your fixed pay.

Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to create new business opportunities.

Daily Reporting

Maintain accurate and timely submission of daily work and sales reports.

Reimbursement for travel expenses will be processed upon submission of complete and timely reports.

Client Interaction

Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present and explain products or services effectively.

Foster strong professional relationships through a client-centric and solutions-oriented approach.

Incentives and Targets

Unlock additional incentives by exceeding sales targets.

Demonstrate commitment, diligence, and consistency to achieve and surpass performance goals.

Mentoring and Performance Review

Newly hired team members will receive mentoring to help them understand job responsibilities and expectations.

Regular performance reviews will be conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Expense Policy

Reimbursement of travel expenses is contingent on adherence to proper reporting procedures and timelines.

Performance and Compensation

Fixed salary is contingent upon meeting defined sales performance benchmarks.
