Accounts Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts in compliance with existing laws.
• Prepare and file GST, Income Tax, ESI, PF, and Professional Tax returns.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts and timely payments.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in annual financial audits.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Busy, and Odoo ERP is a must.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
