Important note: Apply only if you have a portfolio experience in Branding Projects. You need to have a good hold of Illustrator and Photoshop and need to know the basic process of branding.

Your role will include:

• Visual identity design
• Typography (Need to have good knowledge)
• Motion design (Need to have good knowledge don t need to work on After Effects)
• Logo design
• Brand guide book
• Brand collaterals
• Packaging design
• Photo editing (need to have hard skills in how to edit images)
• Needs to make the master layout of the brochures (Juniors can help you implement it)
• Needs to build the look and feel of a website or a video whenever needed
• Needs to build a moodboard for the photoshoot or packaging or anything that is around design

• Design thinking - Need to be a design background student or architect student or someone with good design knowledge, who can create and not just replicate. Need to be a thinker and does. Not someone who can just give philosophy, but execute the idea along with it.
• Photoshop - pro - speed can be slow but need to have a good hold
• Illustrator - pro - need to know the tools exactly
• Midjourney - pro
• Indesign - medium - need to know how to do brochures in this, how to use style guides in it, and how to export with print setting
• Figma - basic
• Aftereffects - Knowledge of how things move from Photoshop illustrator and how motion design works

Required Experience and Qualifications

3-5 years in the advertising or media industry (Freshers with fantastic portfolio links can apply too)

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

50,000 - 80,000 in-hand per month + bonuses

Full-time hybrid model (4 days in office, one day from home)

We handcraft and grow brands with our services, which include designing logos from scratch to building a complete visual identity, website design, advertising, social media marketing, media planning, photography, and videos. We also provide consultation and strategic business development solutions for our clients.

We re a small yet mighty team of designers, artists, and writers. Rohit Dhongade, founder and creative director, founded Mellow Designs in 2018 as he observed the dire need for creative, high-quality design. We still believe in the same values. • A skilled Graphic Designer based in Bangalore (or ready to move).
• Has a good understanding of graphic design principles and typography.
• Capable of designing for both online and print media design, an expert in Photoshop and XD. If you know UI/UX, it s a cherry on top.
• If you re good at photography and video shoots, it s a bonus on your salary.

Your role:

• Assist in developing a visual language from scratch for branding projects.
• Setting up a brand language and designing its collaterals is a key ability of yours.
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to come up with creative concepts for advertising campaigns, brochures, etc
• Visiting the client s place to plan the execution of the designs.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends. You should at least be following awwwards.com, Behance, creative bloq, etc. Sourcing custom quality design references for the client should be a piece of cake for you.

• You will work with international brands and understand the workflow and quality expected of them.
• How to execute your ideas quickly. Your senior is a hack-master, so you get to learn all the shortcuts to finish the work smartly instead of taking long routes.
• You will get a chance to learn the complete process of branding.
• You get to work on the website revamp as well as the office projects.

• You have great taste in music. We love Weeknd and Coldplay.
• Original ideas over inspired ideas. Show us your sketchbook, not just the portfolio.
• You are capable of executing tasks without being bossed/babied.
• Chill and work. But getting work done as per the timeline. We do not entertain excuses.
• Pet person. Or at least not allergic to fur. (We have a cat, we call him Suki)
