MELSS - LabVIEW Developer - IT Automation (1-4 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented LabVIEW Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining LabVIEW-based applications for data acquisition, automation, and control. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- LabVIEW Development : Design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW-based applications to meet specific project requirements.

- Data Acquisition : Develop systems to acquire data from various sources, including sensors, instruments, and other devices.

- Automation and Control : Implement automation solutions to control devices, processes, and experiments.

- GUI Development : Create user-friendly graphical user interfaces (GUIs) using LabVIEW.

- System Integration : Collaborate with hardware engineers and software developers to integrate systems and troubleshoot issues.

- Testing and Debugging : Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and accuracy.

- Documentation : Create clear and concise documentation, including code comments, design diagrams, and user manuals.

- Compliance : Adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in LabVIEW programming language.

- Experience with data acquisition techniques and hardware interfaces (e.g., DAQ cards, GPIB, serial communication).

- Knowledge of control systems and automation principles.

- Ability to design and implement user-friendly GUIs.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with real-time systems and embedded systems.
