Accountable for Smooth Day-to-day Sub-units Operation, Nursing Hiring, Patient Care, Outcomes, Mentoring Second Line Leaders, Train the Trainer Program, Internal & External Conferences/ Events
Accountable for Well-being of Teams and Growth, Customer and Nursing Education Videos, Internal Quality Audit and Reports
Daily Rounds to all Direct Reporting Units, Assess Case Sheets and Provide On the Job Education
Daily Visit to Critical and VIP Patients Family and Render Support
Daily Meeting with Nursing Head to Discuss about Patients, Cases and Sub- Units Operational Issues and Staff Performance & Behavioural Issues
Participate in Monthly /Weekly CNEs including BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and Bed Side Teaching in both the Units
Facilitate Emergency Para Head for Resuscitation Training and Skill Training Activities
Conduct Monthly 1:1 with Nursing Leaders, Pipe Line Candidates and New Hires to Understand Pulse, Escalate and Follow up on Resolution
Facilitate Monthly Group Emerging Nursing Leaders Meeting
Conduct Monthly Performance Review of Nursing Leaders in the Vertical
Participate in Monthly Nursing Meeting, Clinical Dashboard, CNEs
Participate in Quarterly Pharmacotherapy, HIC and Surgical Committee Meeting
Conduct Nursing Workshops Regional 3 and National Level – 1 in a Year
Job Specification:
Qualification: B.Sc.,/ M.Sc.in Nursing.
Experience : > 12 years
