Expectations of the Role:

• Developing and implementing forward thinking digital strategy and roadmap for the digital transformation that leverages the emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning in the organization.
• Developing an integrated digital culture focused around innovation and creating a seamless, contemporary digital experience. This includes identifying and addressing internal and external user needs of patients/consumers, service providers, doctors and staff.
• Study, develop and implement the top digital healthcare technologies across the globe in Dr Mehta’s Hospitals.
• Map digital capabilities to strategic priorities. Deploy digital technologies to aid existing business processes
• Transform traditional manual operations using digital processes / digital business models
• Patient-centric (customer) and doctor-centric initiatives using appropriate technologies
• Assist cost optimization and identification from adaptation of digital technologies
• Measure new efficiencies and ROI by appropriate analytics
