Senior Manager - L & D

Location: Chetpet & Velappanchavadi

Role & responsibilities:

• Identifying training needs for all employees and different business functions (both behavioural and functional).
• Design, plan and execute learning strategies and programs (as per L&D Framework) along with business heads and training partners for mid to senior management employees.
• Measure training impact / effectiveness of training programs and take counter measures.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS Reporting and Analytics & Dept Audit Support.
• Maintaining budget and managing relationships with Training Partners and Consultants.
• Conducting Leadership training program.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Qualification: MBA(HR)
• 10+ years of experience in HR L& D
• Understanding of Learning and Development practices, strategy & methods.
• Good Presentation Skills
• Excellent communication.
• Hospital Sector
