Key Expectations

l Develop and implement the organization’s networking strategy to align with business goals.

l Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of network solutions across on-premises and Azure cloud environments.

l Provide hands-on technical leadership in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting large-scale, complex network infrastructures.

l Oversee network security, routing, switching, and wireless technologies in on-prem data centers and Azure cloud platforms.

l Manage and optimize WAN, LAN, VPN, and cloud-based network solutions for high availability and scalability.

l Collaborate with infrastructure teams to align network designs with cloud transformation strategies focused on Azure.

l Manage the network operation center and drive incident management and resolution processes.

l Implement network automation tools and monitor network performance using industry-leading tools.

l Strong understanding of security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems

l Work closely with senior management to establish network policies, standards, and budgets.

l Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and recommend upgrades or changes to improve infrastructure.

l Lead a team of networking professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.

l Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or CISSP is a plus.

• Qualification: PG / UG in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Relevant Experience: 10+ years
• Skills: Business Continuity, Routing, Switching, MPLS, WiFi, Next generation firewalls, Network Access Control, Remote Access, SDN/ NFV, SDWAN, Load Balancing / Application Delivery, Virtual Private Networks, IDS /IPS, Web Application Firewall, and Cloud Security Platforms
