Chief Business Officer

Expectations of the Role:

• The CBO will work closely with the Board of Directors & Leadership Team to drive all business aspects of further evaluation of organization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple channels and markets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competition, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives
• Oversee and manage all aspects of business operations, including sales & marketing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
• Lead & motivate cross-functional teams, Fostering a collaborative & high-performance work environment.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance, and develop actionable insights to optimize revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors and industry partners.
