Managing and supervising administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Planning and managing budgets and resources for administrative functions. Developing and maintaining effective communication channels between administrative staff, other departments, and external stakeholders. Developing and implementing systems and processes for managing organizational records, documents, and data. Overseeing facilities management, including maintenance and repairs, security, and space planning. Ensuring that the organization's IT infrastructure and technology systems support the needs of staff and stakeholders. Collaborating with other executives and managers to develop and implement strategies for achieving organizational goals. Conducting regular audits and reviews of administrative activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and manage complex projects.
