Equity Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and risk appetite.
• Provide personalized equity investment solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and suggest appropriate adjustments based on market trends.

Sales & Business Development:

• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive market outreach.
• Promote equity trading, investment products, and financial services to existing and potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets by cross-selling various financial instruments, including mutual funds, derivatives, and IPOs.

Market Research & Advisory:

• Stay updated with financial markets, economic trends, and company reports to provide insightful recommendations.
• Analyze stock market data and advise clients on trading strategies, portfolio allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with research teams to develop investment strategies aligned with market opportunities.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while executing trades and offering investment advice.
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions, interactions, and investment portfolios.
• Educate clients on market risks, compliance norms, and investment best practices.
